Payment Policies
Recreational membership policy

a $40 family annual membership fee is due to Gymnastics World of Twinsburg prior student attending the first class of his/her month. Annual membership is good for 1 full year and renews at the rate established at renewal year. Membership fee is non-refundable.
- If your annual family membership fee is due during a month in which your child is participating, you will automatically be renewed and charged your membership fee.

Tuition fees and membership fees (if applicable) are due upon enrollment any refund given is subject to 25% re-stocking fee.

$25 late fee will be assessed to families that have not paid in full after 5 days.

If for any reason your credit card payment was declined, you have until the last day of the current month to make the full payment. Student(s) will be dropped from their class the first of the new month if payment is not received.

10% tuition discount is given to the second student in the family (at equal or lesser rate tuition). 20% discount will be given to any additional family students (also at equal or lesser rate).

10% tuition discount is given to the second Recreational class a student attends in the same session (at equal or lesser rate tuition). Discount does not apply to Babees or League Team class.

Multi-student/Multi-class discounts may not be combined.
Team/Training Team membership policy

a $300 (less for Pre/Training) annual membership fee is due to Gymnastics World of Twinsburg May 31st each year for each child participating in Competition Team gymnastics. Annual membership is good for 1 full year and renews at the rate established at renewal year.

Monthly tuition fees are due the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will be assessed to families that have not paid after 7 days.

Team tuition is based on a 48 weeks of training per year.

If a team member withdraws from team, you will be responsible for that month's fee. Withdraws are only effective at the end of any month (no partial payments or reimbursements of tuition).

Gymnastics World of Twinsburg reserves the right to suspend membership and training privileges to any family with account balances past 20 days due.

Discounts are available for families paying annual tutiion in full. May not be combined with 10% second child discount.
Additional policy information

If a circumstance arises where a Membership family is unable to pay tuition in full for the upcoming month or monthly Competitve Team training period, written notification must be given to Gymnastics World of Twinsburg prior to upcoming month start (1st of month for Team) for consideration of alternative payment arrangements.

$30 returned check fee.
- 10% re-stocking fee for any credit card refunds. Refund consideration is at the discretion of Gymnastics World of Twinsburg.
- any credits applied to account expire after 1 year of issue date
